The story

Nivedita and Madhav had a classic “How I met my soul mate” story as they met through some of their mutual friends in 2015 and had their “This is it” moment. They confessed their love in a magical way says Nivedita, “We were at the hospital as my mother was admitted, it was late at night and I was hungry so we had our dinner and then went to have ice-cream together. We were chatting randomly when we found out that we liked each other at around midnight, it was at that moment I knew that he is “The one” for me.”

Their relationship may sound cliché but their love story is unique. While most of the couples complain about not being able to see each other because of the long-distance, Nivedita and Madhav keept their bond alive with their pleasant memories.

Nivedita recalls, “We used to go to Marina beach for most of our dates and since we are both foodies, we used to buy food from beach castle and sit in the car while we had our moment. It’s those little things that make or break a relationship. He loves to irritate me like it’s his passion but not a day goes by when I don’t miss him or his annoyance, he makes me feel seen. Although we have had our ups and downs, we have never lost our bond or love towards each other. Our relationship got stronger every time we had to say goodbye and we still cherish every second of those little stolen moments together.”

The proposal

They got engaged in 2018 and their journey has been nothing less than a fairy-tale since then. They are each other’s biggest support as they continuously push each other to learn every day.

The wedding

They celebrated their special moments with their families, friends, and relatives as witnesses for their wedding festivities. Their nuptial journey commenced with typical South Indian rituals. As Nivedita donned her gorgeous outfits, Madhav too kept it vibrant on his end as he complimented his lady love in his best attire. It was a day marked with unforgettable fun and unparalleled memories.
