RETURNS:

We understand that sometimes your dream item didn’t end up being all that dreamy. We are happy to accept returns and will issue store credit for the amount of the item(s). Please review our full return policy below. 

RETURN POLICY:

Returns are for store credit only! No refunds will be issued. 
Please notify us of your return through our social channels, online web form or our customer care email:  info@Zerogravity.photography                          
Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout has been completed.
Items marked SALE may not be returned, refunded, or exchanged. 
All returns/exchanges must be done within 7 days of order receipt. 
Items must be Unused. If items appear Used, have any defect marks. your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. 

NON-RETURNABLE: Final sale items. 
Please include your packing slip or a note with your name and order number in your return package. Failure to do so will cause significant delays in processing your return.
If there is any damage to the original package, your return will not be accepted. 
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving the merchandise. Please email at  info@Zerogravity.photography for assistance

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy. It is also important that you’re aware that the cost of returns must be paid by the customer.

HOW DO I RETURN THE PURCHASED ITEMS?

WHAT DO I DO IF I’VE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT/FAULTY ITEM?

We’re so sorry to hear that you have received a faulty item. Please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us with your order number and some images of the issue. Our team will resolve this for you straight away.

HOW DO I TRACK MY RETURN?

Once your return has reached the respective destination, we’ll call you. Please allow 10 working days for it to be processed. We will send you an email or WhatsApp confirmation to let you know when this has been done.

WHERE IS MY REFUND?

We try our very best to process your return as soon as possible, but on occasions, it may take up to 15 working days for your return to be processed once your parcel has been received in our Warehouse. Once everything has been processed, we will send you an email/WhatsApp containing all of the details of your refund. Please be aware that returns are for Wallet credit only! EXCHANGE:

If exchanging an item, we recommend you purchase the replacement item right away from our site to guarantee availability. It will be shipped immediately, and the item you are returning will be processed as a return for a store credit.
If an item is being exchanged, we will contact you to verify the items being sent back to you. 
If you’d like to exchange your purchase for an entirely different item, please send your item(s) back to us. We will then issue store credit to you, making it easy for you to purchase your desired item. NOTE the Item exchanged should be higher than the previously purchased item otherwise the wallet money will expire.
Please be aware that sale items are final sales and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We are making room for new items in the Store!

CAN I CANCEL/ MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Choosing the right Items is HARD! That’s why you can change what’s in your bag as many times as you’d like before you click ‘PLACE YOUR ORDER’. Sadly, after this point, you will be unable to make changes to your order. We process our orders super-fast so that they’re on their way to you ASAP, meaning that it’s not possible for us to make changes.

SHIPPING 

You will receive an email containing shipping and tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk or spam folders. If you cannot locate the email, send us an email to info@Zerogravity.photography or WhatsApp +91 9790717595 and we will provide you with the shipping information for your order.
Please advise if you need your order by a certain date, contact us BEFORE your order is placed to make arrangements.
If we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided is undeliverable, you are responsible for contacting us and paying the full shipping cost for your item to be reshipped. For any refunds on that order, we are unable to refund the cost originally paid for shipping.

LOST PACKAGES

If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take a minimum of two weeks for the investigation to be completed.
Once the investigation is complete, if your order is confirmed as lost in transit or delivered to a different address than the one provided at checkout, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order in-store credit, including any shipping costs. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
https://zerogravity.photography/shop is not responsible for products marked as delivered by the Courier Service. If your tracking information is marked as delivered, but you have not received your items, we recommend waiting another 24-48 hours for your items to be delivered, as it can often be delayed on their end. We also recommend checking with nearby neighbors, as occasionally the courier services will deliver to a nearby address by mistake.
If you still have not received your order, we recommend filing an inquiry here or directly contacting the Courier Service. We are happy to help provide any necessary information needed during the inquiry process, however, if courier service confirms the correct delivery of your order, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund for your order.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly during the checkout process. https://zerogravity.photography/shop will not replace or refund any orders delivered to the provided shipping address.
